Klang-style Bak Kut Teh 巴生肉骨茶
Klang is where bak kut teh comes from, and every family there has an opinion about it. This is the dark, peppery, herbal version you get at the morning shops: long-simmered ribs, whole garlic, and a soup you keep topping up.
